Refunds / Non-returnable items
We have a strict no return policy, on our fragrances, scents, oils, perfumes, bukhoor or any other beauty or personal care items listed on our site or bought through us. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Hence we strongly suggest that you try the product or sample the fragrance prior to purchasing from us. We do not refund or exchange products for any issues associated with personal taste or fragrances that may smell different to something previously purchased or worn. It is important that you undertake your own research on a fragrance to ensure it is exactly what you are looking for. Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All orders are picked and checked prior to sending. In the very rare instance that an incorrect product has been shipped, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will replace the product. The product must be unopened and unused, and in it’s original sealed re-salable condition. Any opened products, regardless if wrongly sent, are not eligible for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
We ensure all our products go through a strict quality check from warehouse to dispatch and to delivery. in the unlikely event that you receive a visibly damaged product we encourage you to please inspect your orders and products upon reception and before the departure of the delivery person. It is vital for you to do this so that you maybe able to promptly inform us of any damage caused to the product or packaging during the delivery process-contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
